House rules

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

PRICE: charged for the first night of stay in the apartment.

If you cancel an earlier arrangement, you are obliged to pay for the entire reservation period.

Guests are responsible for their behavior in the apartments.

In the event of an accident, they bear the consequences.

CLEANING: After each new guest.

PROVIDED: Clean towels and bed linen

KEY: keep the key very carefully and lock the apartment because the owners are not responsible for theft or negligence.

PROHIBITED: bringing people who are not users of the rented apartments, taking out the owner's belongings

PETS: NOT ALLOWED

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENTS
